 BizMantra provides solutions to management problems. We carry out standalone projects such as market research, HR  plan, marketing plan, pricing strategy, costing policies etc. However, our focus is on providing holistic management  support, which addresses all areas of management.

 SME Sector Development:

 We design and implement products that target mid-market clients (small and medium enterprise). We are currently  exploring products that enhance access to financing for our clients. We have also designed a simplified account system  that is appropriate for managers of SMEs, called BizMantra Accounting Process (BAP).

 Knowledge Management:

 We believe that knowledge is the fuel for success. We provide following services under this banner.

	BizMantra Toolkit is a web based toolkit designed for Nepalese enterpreneurs/managers which provides information on seven management functions- Business Planning, Accounting and Finance, Legal and Insurance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and Technology.
	Information Dissemination through as workshops (to understand SME needs and to promote toolkit) and interaction programs (to enhance communication among business service provider).
	Training on management issues.
	Research and Development: We carry out research on SMEs business needs and publish our findings. We also contribute to relevant books on SMEs.
	Better Business Practices: We work to address regulatory policy issues affecting mid-sized businesses.
